Our chef ensures that we provide the very best of home prepared, freshly cooked food to all our residents. We operate a 21-day cycle of menus with a choice of meal available for both the main dinner and high tea daily. The nutritional value of all meals has been established through consultations with the local health board nutritionist. Breakfast, dinner and high tea are supplemented with morning and afternoon snacks and a bedtime supper.
